Would appreciate comments on the painted canvas look I have tried to create.

This is one that is more unusual ( using the art history brush) and is still a work in progress. I still need to add the additional work that you suggested to be anywhere near completion. I loved this class and learned a lot. Now I just need the time to practice!!!!

Horse shows and farm shoots forced me to interrupt the second half of the class; however, I had lots of fun with this painting of my dog.

Thank you, Sherron, for a really interesting and useful course in digital painting (didn't last nearly long enough, however!!!). I've included here a painting of CeCe (a mare that we bred and raised here) that turned out very soft and pleasant using your watercolor wash technique and some soft wet media brushes.

Re: IMAGE SHOWCASE - Favorites from the Digital Paintings Co
It is so hard to choose one painting from another. I decided to go with this one though as it was the first one to give me self-confidence enough to get on with the painting. Oh, did I mention Sherron's encouragement? It ment a great deal too in this course along with the fact that she is a good teacher. Love every bit of it and will sign up for another one for sure!

Thanks again, Sherron, for this wonderful class! I'm having a great time experimenting with all these techniques. This is a portrait of my Golden Retriever that I did in the Old Masters Style.
