Here is an image that I took in Alaska. My husband spotted this truck and fell in love with it. He would have taken it home if we could have fit it on the plane. So I did this one for him! I can't remember what exactly I did with it as I worked on it over an hour -but he was super pleased with the end result.
Here is the finished image

Here is another image that I took over this weekend of my niece who is visiting from Colorado. (Hence the lack of activity from me in this class -sorry!)
I did several layers with this shot. She is a very fair skinned girl - so I use the warming filters on all her images to give her a great skin tone.

There are several photos that I worked on during this class that were greatly improved by the art effects. This photo of Chalk Lake in Colorado is one of my favorites.

Had a hard time deciding which image to post; finally settled on this headshot.

I found that I had a tough choice on this - there were so many I really liked, but I selected this one, taken at Icy Point in Alaska. The others I was able to work on were difficult to not show as my favorite but this one was the first I worked on and started to understand the artistic concepts Sherron has provided us with in this great three weeks of instruction.

Have only practiced on a few images, but loved every second of it and this would have to be my favourite image. (Have to call this foal my 'Golden Child'!!) Thanks so much Sherron.

Hi Everyone!
This was my favorite even though I learned a lot with further techniques. I really think Sherron's classes have upped my possiblities!
Thanks Sherron!

The techniques made this image come alive. Thanks Sherron for helping my photography get to the next level.

This was my only complete image. I definitely got crazy in filter land. But it's given me all kinds of ideas for future images.
I love, love, love the amazing images everyone created. It was fun seeing them take shape and now seeing the final here. Fabulous job everyone. I can't wait until the next class!

Canon 5D, Canon 70-200 f4 IS, Sigma 28-300, (my go-to lens but I just don't feel it's as sharp as I need)
