Purchasing Used Body
I am looking into buying a used Canon 7D to replace my Canon 30D with a busted auto-focus. I have bought a used lens before (online) but never a body -- where does one (safely) procure a used body? What should I look for/avoid? How many shots should I expect the body to have?

Re: Purchasing Used Body
Safe places to buy used equipment are KEH and B & H.
https://www.keh.com/ and http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/browse/Us ... 4294247188
I've also had excellent luck buying from the sellers with great recommendations on Fred Miranda, http://www.fredmiranda.com/
Be sure to find out about how the camera was serviced and the number of actuations on the shutter. Each camera model has a different number of actuations before the shutter needs to be replaced. You'll have to research that for the 7D.
